Ginger-Pear Sour

2 oz J. Henry & Sons Four Grain Rye or J. Henry  & Sons Small Batch Bourbon

1 oz Ginger-honey syrup

1 oz Pear Juice or Nectar

.5 oz Lemon juice

  • Combine all ingredients into shaker.

  • Next top w/ ice & shake with a fluid, strong motion.

  • Strain into rocks glass over ice.

  • Garnish: Fresh or dried pear slice.
