2 oz La Flamme Reserve

1 oz Brûlot syrup*

1 dash Bittercube Blackstrap Bitters

  • Combine all ingredients into a mixing glass.

  • Add ice & stir.

  • Strain into rocks glass over large ice cube.

  • Garnish: Dried pear slice.

* Our brûlot syrup is created from the flaming brûlot from our La Flamme de l’Armagnac dinner. It is created with freshly distilled white dog, flambéed & blended with secret spices, sugar syrup and a plethora of sliced citrus fruits, aka ‘Le Brûlot Gascon’.
