2 oz La Flamme Reserve
1 oz Brûlot syrup*
1 dash Bittercube Blackstrap Bitters
Combine all ingredients into a mixing glass.
Add ice & stir.
Strain into rocks glass over large ice cube.
Garnish: Dried pear slice.
