1.5oz J. Henry & Sons Four Grain Rye or J. Henry & Sons Small Batch Bourbon

1 oz Apple cider reduction

.5 oz Apple syrup

.5 oz Lemon juice

2 Dashes Bittercube orange bitters

• Combine all ingredients into shaker.

• Next top w/ ice & shake with a fluid, strong motion.

• Strain into rocks glass over ice, top with ginger beer.

• Garnish: Dried apple slice or fresh apple slice.
