  • Special Edition

    We're excited to share that we've partnered with J. Henry & Sons to craft a special-edition Wisconsin Straight Bourbon Whiskey.

    Every bottle of J. Henry & Sons bourbon is made in small batches, slow-aged, in large barrels in a rustic barn on the Henry farmstead - located just north of Madison, Wisconsin.

  • RPM Royal Tokaji Cask

    Our latest collaboration with J. Henry & Sons involves a unique twist on barrel aging. The RPM Steak Wine Team purchased a barrel of Tokaji Aszú, a world-renowned dessert wine from Royal Tokaji in Hungary. This exceptional barrel was sent to the J. Henry team to create a specialty finish, a process affectionately known as “boomeranging” a barrel. While not a common practice, it adds a distinct character to the final spirit.

  • J. Henry & Sons Collaboration

    Sharing a passion for quality and craftsmanship, we partnered with Kohler, a family known for innovation since 1873. This special bourbon reflects that shared vision. The Kohler team meticulously selected J. Henry barrels aged over five years, creating a taste that evokes the spirit of a day spent on Whistling Straits or Blackwolf Run courses.

    Reward yourself with a finely crafted cocktail or a neat pour of this exceptional whiskey.

    This is an ongoing collaboration, with each new batch featuring a new hole from their legendary Whistling Straits & Blackwolf Run.

    The Blind Horse collaboration with J. Henry & Sons involves a unique twist on barrel aging. We utilized their zinfandel barrel to finish our bourbon, while they utilized our bourbon barrel to age their zinfandel. This specialty finish, a process affectionately known as “boomeranging” a barrel. While not a common practice, it adds a distinct character to the final spirit.

  • J. Henry & Sons Bourbon Finished in Laird’s Apple Brandy Cask

    Sharing a passion for fine spirits, we partnered with Riley’s, a premier Madison purveyor. This finished bourbon reflects a special collaboration. Riley’s sourced an apple brandy cask from America’s oldest distillery and we finished our award-winning bourbon to create Riley’s Double Apple.

    Available exclusively at Riley’s

    Hints of caramel, butterscotch, warm apple pie, baking spices, some sweet tobacco with a buttery finish.
