Special Edition
We're excited to share that we've partnered with J. Henry & Sons to craft a special-edition Wisconsin Straight Bourbon Whiskey.
Every bottle of J. Henry & Sons bourbon is made in small batches, slow-aged, in large barrels in a rustic barn on the Henry farmstead - located just north of Madison, Wisconsin.

RPM Royal Tokaji Cask
Our latest collaboration with J. Henry & Sons involves a unique twist on barrel aging. The RPM Steak Wine Team purchased a barrel of Tokaji Aszú, a world-renowned dessert wine from Royal Tokaji in Hungary. This exceptional barrel was sent to the J. Henry team to create a specialty finish, a process affectionately known as “boomeranging” a barrel. While not a common practice, it adds a distinct character to the final spirit.

J. Henry & Sons Collaboration
Sharing a passion for quality and craftsmanship, we partnered with Kohler, a family known for innovation since 1873. This special bourbon reflects that shared vision. The Kohler team meticulously selected J. Henry barrels aged over five years, creating a taste that evokes the spirit of a day spent on Whistling Straits or Blackwolf Run courses.
