  • Limited Edition

    Created by Master Blenders Joe Z. Henry & Nancy Fraley in 2019 to honor the 10th anniversary of the first barrels aged on the Henry farm, the J. Henry Limited Edition Anniversary Blend was born!

    Joe & Nancy handpicked a meticulous blend of some of our oldest and most unique stock, ranging from 6 to 10+ years, to create the “Mother’s Blend”.

    Each year, we continue to hold a small portion of the previous years' blend back so that it is perpetually aging and developing.

  • Patton Road Reserve

    7 year old cask strength bourbon that we feel truly captures what the J. Henry brand embodies.

    Barrel No. 125 - 59.97 ABV - Mash bill of 64% heirloom red corn, 14% heirloom spooner rye, 14% heirloom winter wheat, 8% barley.

    Released in November 2018

  • Patton Road Reserve

    This cask strength release commemorated our 74th harvest at Henry Farms and our 14th season growing hybrid W335A Heirloom Red corn for our J. Henry Wisconsin Straight Bourbon. 8 year old bourbon that we feel truly captures what the J. Henry brand embodies.

  • Maple Syrup Barrel Finish

    Our Maple Cask Reserve is the result of tradition and innovation. We aged pure maple syrup from the Northwoods of Wisconsin in our ex bourbon barrels to impart that delicious maple flavor into the wood.

    Then we finished select barrels of bourbon in these maple bourbon casks, infusing the rich sweetness of pure Wisconsin maple syrup into our luxurious Wisconsin bourbon whiskey.

  • Honey Barrel Finish

    Ambrosia Reserve is inspired by the honeyed fruit drink said to give immortality to the Gods of Olympus. We age raw honey harvested from local hives in our ex-bourbon barrels, saturating the casks with the rich sweetness of natural honeycomb. Then we finish select barrels of bourbon in these honeyed bourbon casks, infusing the delicate, floral honey sweetness into our elegant Wisconsin Bourbon. Ambrosia Reserve is truly a drink for the Gods!

  • Beer Barrel Finish

    Husk originated as a ‘Harvest Wine’ beer, a completely new category using a malted version of J. Henry’s Signature Red Heirloom corn was malted to create a velvety beer. This was aged for a little over a year in used J. Henry bourbon casks, and after the beer was bottled, those same barrels returned to J. Henry’s Rickhouse. Bourbon was then aged back in these bourbon-beer barrels to create an incredible fusion of texture, aroma and flavor.
