Whiskey, Food & Cigar Pairing Dinner

  • Tasting Room of Monona 800 West Broadway Monona, Wisconsin, 53713 United States (map)

Five courses from Executive Chef Adam Struebing, five pours of J. Henry & Sons whiskey and cocktails for each course, and three rare, undisclosed cigars. Three of Madison's best local names, one night only.

About the Event

They're back, and this one is our biggest yet.

Our pairing dinners with The Madison Club and Executive Chef Adam Struebing have become one of the most talked-about nights on the Tasting Room calendar. From our French Fall Pairing Event to last September's Northern Italian Dinner, seats go fast every time, and regulars know to book right away.

This year we're joining forces with J. Henry & Sons, Wisconsin's own family-farm bourbon makers, for a three-way collaboration built around five J. Henry expressions. Chef Struebing has created a five-course autumn menu to match each pour, and every course also comes with a pour of or craft cocktail made with that course's whiskey.

Then there are the cigars. We've chosen three limited and rare cigars for their scarcity and exclusivity, and because each one pairs with the courses and whiskeys through the night. We're keeping them secret until you're in your seat.

Seating is very limited. When these tickets are gone, they're gone.
