Join us for an evening of culinary adventure as we welcome our good friends from Dane County, WI, J. Henry Bourbon.
J. Henry is definition of farm to bottle as they grow all of the wheat, corn, and rye they use in their bourbons. Chef Martin will be preparing a 4 course dinner, each course will be paired with a J. Henry cocktail.

Course 1: Baja Sea Bass - Smoked Garlic Red Quinoa, Dried Door County Cherries, Bourbon Octopus Broth
Course 2: Blood Orange Arugula Salad - Roasted Golden Beets, Candied Pistachios, Rosemary Vinaigrette
Course 3: Espresso Chipotle Rubbed Pork Tenderloin - Roasted Black Grapes, Butter Confit Mushrooms, Sweet Creamy Corn Puree
Course 4: Chocolate Budino - Candied Pistachios, Orange Glaze, Horchata Whipped Cream
$105 per person. Please note there will be a service charge and 20% gratuity added to each order.
