Join us at One Prime on May 20 for an evening centered around the craft and character of J. Henry & Sons bourbon. This six-course dinner is designed to showcase each pour through thoughtful pairings that highlight the nuance of every expression.

The evening opens with a Bourbon 75 and potato pavé, followed by Iberico pork belly paired with Four Grain Rye. As the experience unfolds, you’ll move through porcini mushroom bisque with Belle Fontaine Reserve and a compressed melon salad paired with La Flamme Reserve, before arriving at a prime cut ribeye served alongside Patton Road. The night concludes with a bourbon-infused dark chocolate cake and a caramel apple cocktail.

Tickets are $150 per person, inclusive of gratuity, with tax applied separately. The price includes all six courses with pairings. Reservations are fully refundable up to 72 hours before the event.
