Last year was the first time we held this VIP experience and it was a HIT.

The VIP experience includes cheese and whiskey pairings from three of the finest local distilleries at Dancing Goat Distillery - Cambridge, Wisconsin, J. Henry & Sons Wisconsin Straight Bourbon, and State Line Distillery. And cheese from Roth Cheese.

Industry experts will lead you through this pairing experience. Each participant receives a cocktail and neat pour from each distillery, perfectly paired with a type of cheese. Experience this unique pairing you didn't know existed.

Doors to the Forward Club open at 1:30pm with the VIP experience beginning at 2pm. Enjoy exclusive access to the climate controlled Forward Club (with private restrooms) the remainder of the event.
