A native of New Orleans, Louisiana, Chef Brian Jupiter is one of Chicago’s rising-star chefs, known for his boldly-flavored, Southern-inspired cuisine. In Chicago, Chef Jup has built a name for himself as the executive chef and partner at three celebrated restaurants–Frontier, Ina Mae Tavern, and Migos. He transforms Southern comfort food into an art form, with his love for wild game, whole animal roasts, community-focused dining, local sourcing, and a whole lot of smoke. Chef Jup was twice named a James Beard Award semifinalist for Best Chef Great Lakes, while being featured in the Michelin Guide to Chicago in 2019, 2020, and 2022. In 2022, Chef Jup was crowned a Chopped Champion on Food Network.

Chef Brian Jupiter serves up a few of his most famous and iconic dishes from his restaurants, Ina Mae Tavern and Frontier. Bar opens at 5pm. Dinner at 6pm. $65/pp +20% service charge in lieu of gratuity, includes a 4-course menu. Alcoholic and N/A beverages available for purchase.
