We are thrilled to release the third batch of our highly anticipated Ambrosia Reserve, J. Henry & Sons Wisconsin Straight Bourbon finished in Honey Casks. For this limited release, we have teamed up with Sunshine Place in Sun Prairie to raise funds and awareness for neighbors helping neighbors.

Ambrosia Reserve is inspired by the honeyed fruit drink said to give immortality to the Gods of Olympus. We age raw honey harvested from local hives in our ex-bourbon barrels, saturating the casks with the rich sweetness of natural honeycomb. Then we finish select casks, infusing the delicate, floral honey sweetness into our elegant Wisconsin Bourbon. Ambrosia Reserve is truly a drink for the Gods!

We’re bringing the full experience to life with live music from Lake Collective, setting the tone for a laid-back summer day, and delicious fare from Buck & Honey’s to keep you fueled as you sip and savor.
