1.5 oz J. Henry & Sons Small Batch Bourbon

.5 oz Pistachio Liqueur

.25 oz Oak City Amaretto

.5 oz Honey syrup

1 dash Angostura bitters

1 dash cinnamon

1 oz Egg Whites

• Combine all ingredients into shaker.

• Dry shake.

• Add ice, shake again.

• Double strain into coupe glass.

• Garnish: dash of cinnamon to top.
