1.5 oz J. Henry & Sons Small Batch Bourbon

2 oz Pineapple juice

1 oz Cinnamon simple syrup

  • Add bourbon, pineapple juice & cinnamon syrup into a shaker with ice.

  • Shake, strain & pour UP into a martini glass.

  • Float 0.5 oz tart cherry grenadine to the bottom to layer the drink.

  • Garnish with maraschino cherries.

  • Reward yourself!
