1.5 oz J. Henry Small Batch

3 oz Chilled Chamomile tea

.5 oz Fresh lemon juice

3 dashes Bolivar Bitters

.75 oz Tahitian Vanilla Chamomile Honey Syrup

  • Combine all ingredients into shaker w/ ice.

  • Pour over ice in Canadian Glencairn.

  • Garnish: Dried Chamomile flowers and lemon wedge.

  • Reward Yourself!

6 oz Chilled Chamomile tea

1 oz Fresh lemon juice

1 oz Tahitian Vanilla Chamomile Honey Syrup

Optional: 3 dashes Bolivar Bitters

  • Combine all ingredients into shaker w/ ice.

  • Pour over ice in Canadian Glencairn.

  • Garnish: Dried Chamomile flowers and lemon wedge.

  • Reward Yourself!

Tahitian Vanilla Chamomile Honey Syrup

1 cup boiling water

1 cup honey

1 tsp Tahitian Vanilla

3 Chamomile tea bags

  • Pour the boiling water into a jar then add in the honey & vanilla.

  • Take the 3 chamomile tea bags and steep them into the mixture.

  • Give it a good shake and let the simple syrup sit for a few minutes.

  • Reward Yourself!

Notes: Be sure to let the syrup cool down in the fridge for a couple of hours before putting it to use. It will keep for about two weeks stored in the fridge.
