.75 oz J. Henry Small Batch
.75 oz Wollersheim Bourbon
2 Dashes Bittercube Bolivar Bitters
1 Dash Bittercube Cherry Bark Vanilla Bitters
.5 oz Lavender honey syrup*
.5 oz Heirloom Creme De Flora
.25 Heirloom Pineapple Amaro
Combine all ingredients into stirring vessel.
Next top w/ ice & stir with bar spoon until chilled.
Strain into rocks glass over large cube.
Garnish: Dried pineapple & lavender sprig.

*Lavender honey syrup
500 g Honey
250 g Granulated sugar
250 g Water
1 Tbsp Dried lavender buds
Combine ingredients in a pot. Bring to a boil while stirring to dissolve sugar. Reduce to low for 5 minutes. Strain syrup.
