1.5 oz J. Henry & Sons Small Batch Bourbon

1/2 of a Peach, diced

4-5 Mint leaves

1 oz Brown sugar simple syrup

  • All muddled together & shaken with ice, strain into a rocks glass

  • Top with 1 oz ginger beer

  • Garnish with mint sprig& peach wedge

  • Reward Yourself
