1.5 oz J. Henry & Sons Small Batch Bourbon

1.5 oz Apple cider

1 oz Cinnamon simple syrup

.25 oz Lemon juice

3 dashes Bittercube Blackstrap Bitters

• Add bourbon, apple cider, cinnamon syrup, lemon juice & bitters into a shaker with ice.

• Shake, strain & pour UP into a coupe.

• Garnish with cinnamon stick.
