1.5 oz J. Henry & Sons Bourbon

1.5 oz apple cider

1 oz cinnamon simple syrup

.25 oz fresh lemon juice

3 dashes Blackstrap Bitters

Add bourbon, apple cider, cinnamon syrup, lemon juice & bitters into a shaker with ice.
Shake, strain & pour UP into a coupe.
Garnish with cinnamon stick.
Reward yourself!
