Tasting Room Associate

The Role: What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll be the face of our brand—guiding guests through our premium bourbon lineup, crafting delicious cocktails, and sharing the unique story behind every bottle.

• Bourbon Education & Guest Hospitality: Host engaging tastings, educate guests on our history and process, and answer questions to deliver a memorable visit.

• Bar & Retail Operations: Mix craft cocktails, process bottle and merchandise sales, and handle cash/POS transactions while strictly adhering to all alcohol sales laws and regulations.

• Events & Special Releases: Assist with on-site events, new product releases, and group bookings to create a lively, well-run experience.

• Distillery Care & Operations: Execute opening and closing procedures, restock inventory, track supply levels, and maintain a clean, organized, and inviting space.

• Teamwork: Work seamlessly with fellow team members to ensure smooth daily operations, even during high-volume peak hours.

What We Are Looking For

• Age Requirement: Must be 21 years of age or older.

• Experience: Background in customer service, retail, bartending, or tasting room operations is helpful (but a great attitude and willingness to learn go a long way!).

• Bourbon & Cocktail Skills: Enthusiasm for craft spirits, basic cocktail-making ability, and a drive to continually expand your knowledge.

• Work Ethic & Professionalism: Punctual, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Composure: Cool, calm, and friendly under pressure or during busy weekend rushes.

• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and remain on your feet during shifts.
