Madi’s Pumpkin Pie
1 oz J. Henry & Sons Small Batch Bourbon
1 oz egg white
.75 oz Pumpkin syrup
.5 oz Oak City Amaretto
.25 Simple syrup
2 dashes Bittercube Blackstrap Bitters
Dash nutmeg
Combine all ingredients into shaker.
Dry shake, add ice and shake again.
Double strain into a coupe glass.
Garnish: Top w/ whip cream & dash nutmeg.
